Nathan completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons I) and a Bachelor of Forensics at Murdoch University before completing a PhD with the Liver Disease and Regeneration Group at Curtin Medical Research Institute. Nathan joined the Translational Vectorology Research Unit (TVRU) in 2024, and his research focuses on the development of novel AAV capsids for liver gene therapy. His work aims to address critical challenges in therapeutic delivery and expand the potential of gene therapies for liver diseases.
