Lee L Marshall

Dr Lee L Marshall is a Senior Staff Scientist – Bioinformatician in CMRI experienced in transcriptomics, epigenetics, multiomics and image analysis, collaborating with several research groups within CMRI as well as other medical research institutions. Before joining CMRI in 2020, Dr Marshall completed a five-year postdoctoral bioinformatics position at the prestigious Van Andel Research Institute, MI, USA collaborating with multiple international institutes, colleges, and universities. Dr Marshall is interested to use his broad bioinformatic skill sets to better understand molecular biology and human disease, with a particular focus on machine learning to identify biomarkers for disease identification and prognosis prediction.
